Pharmacy Technician Immunization Administration Training

AIMS Education is proud to offer the Pharmacy Technician Immunization Administration Continuing Education Program on Saturday, October 11, 2025. This specialized training is supported by a grant from Pfizer and is designed exclusively for Pharmacy Technician students and graduates with an active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.

About the Training:

The comprehensive APhA/WSU Pharmacy-Based Immunization Administration by Pharmacy Technicians program includes a 90-minute virtual didactic session, followed by hands-on practice and assessment conducted on campus. The training prepares participants to safely administer immunizations, expanding both their clinical skill set and career potential in pharmacy practice.

Who Should Attend:

This program is only open to current Pharmacy Technician students and graduates who hold an active CPhT certification.

To participate, please email David Oldenhage, Pharmacy Technician Program Director, at dave@aimseducation.edu. Upon request, you will receive the official registration link and instructions. Only 20 participants will be accepted, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.

Additional Information:

• All participants must complete a self-paced home study module prior to the live training session
• Proof of active CPhT certification is required at the time of registration
• After completing the training, participants must schedule their PTCB Immunization Administration Certificate Exam independently through Pearson VUE (current exam fee: $89).
