Our financial aid advisors are here to offer support and assistance to you and your family members on matters related to funding your education. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
1098-T Form Notification
PCS Students (Clock-Hour Programs Started in 2023 or Earlier)
All 1098-T forms were mailed to clock-hour students by January 31, 2025. If you have not received your 1098-T by February 10, 2025, please send an email to fsa@aimseducation.edu with the subject line “1098-T Request."
College Students (Degree and Credit-Bearing Programs Started in 2024 or 2025)
Students who signed the E-Consent should have received their 1098-T via email. If you did not sign the E-Consent, your form was mailed directly from ECSI on January 31, 2025.
If you have not received your 1098-T by February 10, 2025, please contact ECSI customer service at 1-866-428-1098 for assistance in retrieving it online.
2025-26 FAFSA Now Available
The 2025-26 FAFSA form is now available for all students and contributors. This 2025-26 form will use your 2023 income tax information.
Attention Current and Incoming Students - Submit FAFSA
The 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available. If you'll be attending school between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, and have not submitted a 2025-26 FAFSA, please APPLY using your 2023 income tax return.
Current Interest Rates
The interest rates on student loans disbursed during the academic year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 will be as follows:
Direct Subsidized Loans - 6.39%
Direct Unsubsidized Loans - 6.39%
Direct PLUS Loans - 8.94%
HESAA interest rates: 6.5% to 8.75% (variable depending on repayment plan)
Financial Aid at AIMS Education
There are three primary types of financial aid available to AIMS Education students. The financial aid options listed below may be available through the government (federal, state, or local), private organizations or businesses, or AIMS Education.
- Grants - money that does not have to be repaid.
- Loans - money that you borrow and agree to pay back with interest.
- Scholarship - tuition waiver grants that reduces cost of tuition & fees.
The following federal grants and loans can help you with both tuition and other school related expenses:
- Federal PELL Grant
- Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
- Federal Direct Loan Program
Your eligibility for any of these grants and loans varies according to the program, its funding source, your enrollment status and your financial need as determined by the college.
Scholarships are Tuition Waiver grants are awarded on the basis of financial need.
