Spring Career Fair for Healthcare Students and Graduates
On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, AIMS Education hosted its Spring Career Fair at the Piscataway campus, welcoming healthcare employers and career-ready students for a day of professional networking, guidance, and opportunity.
The event brought together representatives from 10 leading healthcare employers, including Hackensack Meridian Health, Saint Peter’s University Hospital, RadNet/NJIN, Atlantic Health Systems, Summit Health, CentraState, Actalent, AtlantiCare, Winston Staffing, and RWJBarnabas Health. These organizations—many of which have longstanding partnerships with AIMS—were eager to connect with students and graduates to discuss career opportunities, hiring needs, and workplace culture.

Career fairs at AIMS are more than just informational—they're a chance to make meaningful personal connections. Whether students were attending in their first semester or nearing graduation, the fair offered a unique opportunity to speak directly with recruiters and hiring managers and take tangible steps toward their future in healthcare.
“Career fairs are only one steppingstone,” said the Justine Kimler, Director of Career Services at AIMS Education. “There may not be an immediate offer, but leaving with valuable knowledge, connections, and confidence can make all the difference.”

In preparation for the event, AIMS Career Services worked closely with students to review resumes, offer interview tips, and ensure they presented themselves professionally. Their goal is to set every student up for success—not just on the day of the event, but throughout their job search and future career.

The Career Services team is already looking ahead to the next on-campus event, scheduled for Fall 2025. Until then, students are encouraged to continue engaging with the Career Services team and preparing for future opportunities.
