3rd Annual Women’s Gathering
On Tuesday, April 1st, the AIMS Education College of Health Sciences hosted its 3rd Annual Women’s Gathering, themed “She Earns, She Wins, She Saves!” This empowering event brought together faculty and staff to celebrate Women’s Month by focusing on financial literacy—a vital tool for independence, confidence, and long-term success.
The afternoon began with a heartfelt welcome from Dean Chirag Patel, who spoke about AIMS Education’s continued support for the women who help shape the institution. The event was organized by Antoinette Athill-Christmas and created a space for colleagues to connect on both personal and professional levels through engaging “getting to know you” discussions.

The highlight of the gathering was keynote speaker and author, Keisha Natalee Cole. With passion and clarity, she led an insightful session on how women can build a strong financial foundation. Topics included emergency savings, life insurance, debt management, retirement planning, investing, and more.
Keisha’s presentation offered not only practical knowledge but also a motivational push to reclaim control over one’s financial future. Attendees also received a complimentary copy of her book, “From Ruins to Restoration: Reclaiming Your Life.”
